Official terms governing access, registration, sports tournament management, payment processing, QR verification, and platform usage for Mega Sports X.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your access to and use of the Mega Sports X mobile application, website, portals, tournament-management services, and related services ("Platform").
Mega Sports X is operated by IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED ("Mega Sports X", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By creating an account, registering as a player, registering for an event, making a payment, participating in a tournament, using the mobile application, using the website, using any Mega Sports X portal, accessing tournament information, or using certificates, rankings, or results, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Mega Sports X.
Mega Sports X is a digital sports-management platform designed to support the complete lifecycle of sports participation, including:
Player Registration → Player ID → Sport/Federation ID → Event Registration → Payment → Event Card → QR Verification → Attendance → Draw → Tournament → Matches → Results → Certificates → Rankings → Sports History
The platform includes portals and mobile apps for Players, Organisers, Event Managers, Referees, District & State Administrators, Super Admins, and Sponsors.
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. Users include Players, Athletes, Coaches, Academies, Federations, Associations, Event Organisers, Referees, Administrators, and Sponsors.
Where a participant is a minor, registration and participation may require involvement or authorisation from a parent, guardian, coach, academy, school, federation, organiser, or other authorised representative.
Users may be required to provide Name, Mobile number, Email, Date of birth, Gender, Address, Photograph, Sport, Federation ID, Club, Academy, and Coach details.
You agree that the information provided is accurate, complete, current, not misleading, legally provided, and belonging to you or provided with appropriate authority. You must not knowingly provide false or fraudulent information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must keep login information confidential, not share OTPs or authentication credentials, and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
Mega Sports X generates a unique Player ID associated with player profiles, sports, federation IDs, events, matches, results, medals, certificates, and rankings. A player must not create multiple identities to manipulate rankings or eligibility.
Where applicable, Mega Sports X allows sport-specific federation IDs. Information may be verified through authorized sports organizations and may be suspended if fraudulent or unverified.
Mega Sports X may require identity documents, government IDs, or photographs for eligibility verification. Submitting false, altered, or stolen documents is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate account suspension.
Players are responsible for selecting correct sports, age categories, weight categories, and gender groups, as well as maintaining proper conduct, adhering to referee instructions, and attending matches on time.
Players can register for sports events published by authorized organizers. Players must review event details, rules, deadlines, and fee structures before confirming registration.
An automated eligibility engine checks age, gender, weight, sport, state, and category restrictions before processing registration or payment.
Registration is subject to organizer or federation review and approval. Statuses include Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, Withdrawn, or Disqualified.
Applicable fees (registration, category, event card, certificates) are displayed prior to payment confirmation.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways with server-side transaction verification records.
If payment fails or money is debited without registration completion, transactions are server-verified and investigated.
Approved registrations generate digital Event Cards with embedded QR codes for tournament check-in.
QR codes are strictly used for attendance, identity verification, and certificate validation. Bypassing or forging QR identity is grounds for disqualification.
Event managers scan QR codes to record Present, No-Show, Walkover, Withdrawn, or Disqualified statuses.
Supports Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, League, Group Stage + Knockout, Pool System, Repechage, Swiss System, and Custom Formats.
Automated bracket generation supports seed protection, academy separation, state/district separation, and balanced bye distribution.
Match results, scoreboards, medals, and ranking points become part of the verified digital player sports history.
Referees and Event Managers hold administrative authority over timers, scoring, match starts, attendance, and official results.
Scores are logged according to specific sport federation rules and official referee records.
App displays match timers, round durations, 30-second breaks, and mat allocations according to sport configurations.
Real-time digital scoreboards display match status, timers, points, and mat assignments publicly.
Live streams may broadcast match play, scores, player names, and results across official digital media channels.
Generates verifiable digital certificates with unique Certificate IDs and QR verification. Forging certificates is strictly illegal.
Calculates district, state, and national rankings based on medal points, tournament tier, and opponent strength.
Historical competition records, draws, results, and rankings remain archived for sports history maintenance.
Public athlete profiles show verified achievements, ranking history, and sports bio while safeguarding private data.
Users are solely responsible for photos, team names, comments, and profile information uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Mega Sports X a non-exclusive license to display and process it for sports administration.
Fraudulent accounts, impersonation, document forgery, score tampering, API scraping, reverse engineering, and malware introduction are strictly forbidden.
All athletes, coaches, and attendees must adhere to sportsmanship, fair play guidelines, anti-doping policies, and zero tolerance for harassment or match-fixing.
Tournament organizers must maintain licensed event standards, accurate bracket records, verified schedules, and comply with safety and federation protocols.
Organizers represent that all tournament banners, rules, sponsors, and prize details published on Mega Sports X are accurate, authentic, and lawful.
Where an event is affiliated with a recognized sports association or state federation, applicable official sports federation rulebooks and bye-laws govern competitive match play.
Digital transaction IDs, invoices, entry receipts, and payment logs are retained securely for accounting, auditing, and dispute resolution purposes.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or terminate user accounts, tournament access, or official credentials for violations of these Terms or fraudulent behavior.
Users may request complete account deletion within the mobile app via Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account or online at delete-account.html according to Google Play Store requirements.
Governed by the Mega Sports X Privacy Policy accessible at privacy-policy.html.
Junior sports events require parent/guardian or authorized academy authorization in compliance with child-safety standards.
Sponsored tournament banners and event partner listings displayed on the Platform are subject to standard advertising policies and do not constitute corporate endorsements.
Mega Sports X integrates secure third-party payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, and SMS/OTP verification providers governed by their respective service terms.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability during emergency maintenance, server upgrades, or external network failures.
App updates and security patches will be rolled out periodically via official application stores. Users are advised to keep the application updated for optimal performance.
All app source code, branding, logos, algorithms, and database structures are owned exclusively by IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED.
Any suggestions, feature requests, or feedback provided to IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL may be implemented without compensation or proprietary claims.
External links to federations, sponsors, or venues are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party web content or policies.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of fitness for a particular athletic outcome, tournament prize award, or selection.
On-field umpire, referee, and tournament jury decisions regarding match rulings and disqualifications are final as per respective sports federation standards.
In case of clerical typographical score errors or draw discrepancies, organizers and platform admins hold the authority to verify and update digital records.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by weather disruptions, government orders, natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, or internet outages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction over Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable Event Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and IIITIHAS UNIVERSAL PRIVATE LIMITED regarding Mega Sports X.
