Account Deletion & Data Removal

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, registered Mega Sports X users can delete their account directly within the app or submit an online deletion request below.

Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the Mega Sports X App

You can initiate immediate account deletion inside the Mega Sports X mobile application at any time:

Open Mega Sports X App → Tap Profile → Go to Settings → Tap Account → Select "Delete Account" → Confirm Deletion

Once confirmed, your account authentication credentials, profile data, and local session tokens will be permanently removed from active databases.

Method 2: Submit an Online Data Removal Request

If you no longer have access to the Mega Sports X mobile app, fill out this form and our data governance team will process your deletion request within 48 hours.

Data Retention & Integrity Policy

What is Deleted: User login credentials, personal profile contact info, address, photographs, and push notification tokens.

Historical Competition Retention: Pursuant to official sports federation regulations and Clause 40 of our Terms & Conditions, completed tournament match scores, verified digital certificates, and published historical draw brackets are retained anonymously to maintain sports record integrity.
